Even though it was a bill, I had a pleasant surprise at a greatly reduced electric bill. We recently moved and our old apartment had appliances from the 70s that sucked up electricity like crazy. Our new apartment has brand new appliances, and even though we've added a washer and dryer to the list, the bill was still way lower than the old apartment!
